All orders have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days within the UK, this does not include processing time. We offer an express next day delivery service. Please note that for next day delivery there is a cut off time of 11am.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday express delivery, and so if an order is placed on Thursday with Express next day delivery after the cut off time that the order will be delivered on the following Monday.

As of the 1st of January 2021, during the Brexit transition it's likely to experience delays on all orders being dispatched to destinations within the EU or ROW. Transit times below are only estimated and are all likely to be affected by the the delay, as a result of the new regulations. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Depending on your location and the items you order, there may be duties and taxes to pay. The receiver is responsible for these and Mål Paper does not cover these costs.
Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to PO boxes.
Our international delivery is sent tracked as standard. This means that you will be able to check the location of your order during transit.
Price is based on weight and can be calculated at checkout.
We would like to ask that you allow extra time for your order to be received due to the current circumstances and the pressure that Royal Mail and other couriers are under. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on postage if orders arrive outside the estimated time frame, as this is out of our control. An item being sent to Europe is only considered lost (refund will be issued or replacement offered) if it’s not delivered within 20 working days after the date it was due to be delivered. For an item going to the rest of the world, it’s 25 working days.
